8.Bring an Agent to your Team: Whether you recommend our firm, directly recruit another agent, or simply pass info on a great agent to Mirambell Realty’s broker, you can earn income. For every dollar an agent that you directly recruited or recommended brings in to Mirambell Realty, you will keep 5% of the commission. This 5% is taken from the Broker share, not the agents share. For example, if an agent you recruited brings in 30,000 in gross closed commission for the year, you will receive 1500.00. Earn money in your sleep.
7.Company Advertising: At Mirambell Realty online advertising is King. All of our properties are syandicated market to over 50 websites immediately upon listing, at no expense to our agents. We always Showcase our listing on Realtor.com, which brings in more leads to your listing. We also scour the net and stay abreast of up and coming Real Estate Websites to advertise on. Examples would be Trulia, Zillow, Postlets, Homes, Yahoo, Google, Craigslist, Movoto. In addition to web adverting, we pickup the postage on up top 200 mail out a month. If you farm an area and design a mailout, let us pick up that ever increasing postage fee.
6.Free Services: Mirambell Realty does not charge to use the services and office. That’s what commission splits are for. Why would an agent pay for both? Come in and use our office, print as you need, use the technology in the office when you want, use our company signs for your listings, answer the phone in the office as you desire, use the forms, use the website. We treat all leads as if they are our Number 1 client. We ask that you contact the lead within 15 minutes and give weekly status reports to the broker. All leads that come in for your own personal listing are given directly to the listing agent.

Do not be overwhelmed! We embrace new technology. In our office, we feel we can keep a leg up on the industry by staying current on technology. In house training can be done on all of these mentioned items and as new ideas are created, we learn and use them together. Don’t be left behind in 2012.
2.Commission: Notice money is not Number 1? Money is not everything to REALTORS, while it is important, we need the other 9 items on this list to make you happy. We do offer a great commission split with our agents. There are no tiers or requirements on your earnings to increase percentage splits. You get a substantial percentage of each commission from the start. Throughout the year, whether you have sold 1 property or 100, your commission split stays the same, and it is HIGH. Remember this high commission split is all without fees.
